REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our return policy spans a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have transpired since your acquisition, we regret to inform you that we are unable to facilitate a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging intact.

Certain categories of goods are exempt from the return process. Items such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and specific health and personal care items are non-returnable.

To finalize a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory. Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, including items like books with evident signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records, items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts not due to our error, and items returned beyond the 30-day delivery window.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming the receipt. Subsequently, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a designated timeframe.

Late or missing refunds

If a refund has not been received, kindly check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as the posting of the refund may take some time. Additionally, reach out to your bank, as processing time is often necessary before the refund is posted.

Sale items

Refunds are exclusively applicable to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items in the case of defects or damages. To exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please email us at support@aprolo.com and send the item to the provided address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, mail it to the provided address.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return. These costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
